| Summary, etc. | Algo que sorprende de las historietas de Daniel Rabanal es su capacidad de hablar con sutileza de problemas políticos y sociales sistemáticos del país, haciendo una captura del presente con tanta fidelidad y, sin hacer una bajada de linea, nos cuenta qué pasaba en Colombia en los noventa.<br/><br/>Es curioso recordar que las historietas de aventura generalmente nos contaban que los buenos eran los blancos y los malos eran los indios; que los animales eran fieras y bestias salvajes de las que siempre había que defenderse o aprovecharse; que las mujeres solo eran acompañantes o amantes de los héroes. Esa voz terminó siendo una narrativa colonizadora que nos convenció. En Las aventuras de Gato podemos ver nuestro propio hábitat dibujado de una manera exquisita y un cambio de lugar de los personajes con poder. |
