Summary, etc. Este documento presenta las políticas educativas que tras una implementación conjunta permitirían aumentar los años promedio de escolaridad<br/>y, sobre todo, mejorar y homogenizar la calidad de educación que reciben<br/>los estudiantes en el país. La propuesta presentada está compuesta por<br/>los siguientes componentes: i) mejorar el manejo del recurso docente de<br/>forma tal que el país atraiga y retenga a los mejores profesionales a la carrera; ii) ampliar la jornada diaria de estudios; iii) generar las condiciones<br/>para asegurar una infraestructura adecuada; iv) establecer un esquema<br/>de educación adaptado a las necesidades del sector rural; v) incorporar<br/>de manera adecuada las TIC al sistema educativo; vi) fortalecer la gestión<br/>escolar; vii) fortalecer el esquema de control y vigilancia del sector educativo; viii) fortalecer el programa Más Familias en Acción; e, ix) incorporar<br/>el conocimiento generado por experiencias exitosas en el sector privado<br/>para contribuir a implementar algunos de los componentes propuestos.<br/>
