Partiendo de la relación que se establece entre afiliados y administradoras de pensiones, este libro desarrolla los aspectos más importantes del Sistema General de Pensiones y, con rigor jurídico y un lenguaje claro y sencillo, permite a los lectores comprender una estructura legal caracterizada por su prolijidad, dispersión y complejidad, a través de un estudio esquemático y una ordenación metodológica que brinda una visión integral del referido sistema. Mediante análisis que van acompañados de referencias normativas actualizadas, se explican de manera simplificada y didáctica aspectos de interés general que parten del primer contacto que se tiene con el sistema (la afiliación), sus requisitos, efectos y características; la estructura (quiénes intervienen y qué papel cumplen, qué obligaciones surgen para las partes, cuáles son los derechos de los afiliados, qué prestaciones ofrece y cómo se accede a ellas, entre otros). |
