No se puede pensar que el reto migratorio ha terminado y que los venezolanos han empezado a regresar a su país. Por el contrario, la situación de salud pública en Venezuela es precaria. La opacidad del gobierno de Nicolas maduro y la falta de comunicación y de relaciones diplomáticas y consulares entre ambos Estados hacen incierto para las autoridades colombianas calcular las dimensiones de la emergencia en salud pública que se están encubando en el vecino país y su impacto en la movilidad humana.<br/>Este documento es un ejercicio con el objetivo de identificar a las autoridades responsables de formular, ejecutar y evaluar políticas para la integración e inclusión de la movilidad humana proveniente de Venezuela en las políticas de recuperación socioeconómica post – COVID-19 en los departamentos, ciudades y municipios de las zonas de frontera, así como de crear espacios para el diálogo entre dichas autoridades y formular recomendaciones a partir de escuchar sus principales inquietudes y preocupaciones. <br/> |
