La presente obra expone y analiza los antecedentes, el trámite, las características y los alcances de la Ley 1751 de 2015, Estatutaria de la Salud en Colombia, a la vez que realiza la revisión y articulación de su texto con la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional y con otras normas, de tal manera que aporta al lector los elementos de juicio suficientes para conocer los cambios introducidos y por ejecutarse en el sistema de salud, con motivo de la adopción de este nuevo estatuto, el primero en el campo de los derechos sociales. |
