De ahi, que el libro se ocupe de una forma extrema de fracaso presidencial, entre los anos 1992 y 2004, y analice los casos de presidentes que se vieron enfrentados a un juicio politico, como Fernando Collor de Mello, Carlos Andres Perez, Ernesto Samper, Abdala Bucaram, Raul Cubas Grau y Luis Gonzalez Macchi. |
