Escrito entre 1947 y 1949, este ensayo constituye talvez la obra más conocida de Luis Eduardo Nieto Arteta (1913-1956), uno de los primeros historiadores colombianos del presente siglo que intentó abordar el objeto de su estudio de manera metódica y científica. |
