| Summary, etc. | Sueños de cenizas. 12 de mayo de 1922, nace la abuela Aura en San Roque, un pueblo ultraconservador en el noreste de Colombia, y muere el 6 de junio de 2012, después de cumplir 90 años, en una clínica de Medellín, la ciudad que albergo a miles de familias campesinas que huyeron de la violencia liberal-conservadora en la década de los 50 del siglo pasado. La abuela Aura, un día después de una delicada cirugía, estaba completamente lucida y sonriente en la habitación 325 de la clínica Las Américas. Ella cargaba con sus 90 años, un cúmulo de historias de violencia desde 1946: persecuciones, desplazamientos, guerrilla, narcotráfico y paramilitarismo. Entre abrazos, besos y lágrimas con su hijo Jesús -quien llego del exilio- la abuela empieza a recordar su pasado y cierra el diálogo con la frase: -Mijo, ¿si cree que tengamos paz algún día...? |
