| Summary, etc. | No se puede ocultar la valoración e importancia conceptual del Código Civil Colombiano, obra inmensa del ilustre hombre de América, Don Andrés Bello. Sin embargo las reglas deben adecuarse más a la conducta humana y a la estructura social existente. Se impone la necesidad de cambio de principios y preceptos para imprimirle a nuestro ordenamiento civil, conceptos modernos y aprovechar, consiguientemente, la experiencia jurídica después de cien años de vigencia. El inmovilismo jurídico es inconveniente. De aquí que aspiremos, sin incurrir en sacrilegio alguno, a una reforma integrada del Código Civil conservando su estilo que, ciertamente, es intocable, pero modificando determinadas construcciones sustanciales. Es una incursión ya inevitable. Es el dictamen de una realidad social. Es una exigencia normativa impostergable. |
