Summary, etc. Perspectivas contemporáneas en la investigación jurídica recopila la producción académica en el entrenamiento metodológico de siete de los estudiantes del Doctorado en Derecho en tres ejes analíticos: 1) fallos judiciales, discrecionalidad y la construcción de la dicotomía público/privado: 2) instituciones jurídicas y modelos económicos; y 3) canales de emancipación, movilización de la sociedad civil y su articulación con el campo legal.<br/>Su publicación tiene como objetivo fomentar el trabajo empírico en la academia legal y apoyar a los estudiantes doctorales formados dentro de nuestras fronteras como nuevos miembros de la comunidad intelectual pluralista y critica a la que pertenecemos.
